Comforting Hands aims to bring the gospel of grace to India, to demonstrate the love of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to impact and transform lives. Comforting Hands runs extensive programes in Southern India including emergency relief such as elderly care, orphanage, hospital for the poor, food aid, water and sanitation, provision of child-friendly spaces, eye camp for the rural people, training for teachers and providing school supplies for children, and training for farmers in agriculture and natural resource management.

Throughout India, God is raising up a generation of native pastors ready to win their countrymen for Christ. Unlike many Western missionaries, these pastors know the language, understand the culture and live at the level of the people around them. Most of all, they are gripped with an urgency and deep compassion to proclaim Christ in their homeland.

However, like many developing countries around the world, a growing church has few resources available to train and send out pastors to plant churches and shepherd growing flocks.

Like the Apostle Paul, who appealed to the established church to assist ministry in far-off places, Comforting Hands offers you the opportunity and privilege to help the Body of Christ in India. How? By sponsoring a native pastor for INR Rs 1000 ($30) per month. Your partnership makes it possible for him to stay in ministry, preach the Gospel and make true disciples in India.

Sponsor a Health Camp

Heath Camps are conducted in partnership with local community service organizations in rural area where getting basic health care is a distant dream to the poor. Our Doctors with the help of Social Worker/ Volunteers conduct free camps at remote places and provide them free treatment.

Camps at rural areas normally cost us INR Rs 12000 ($300) per camp (organizing camp, cost of medicines, consulting fees for doctors, free food for patients). Individuals or voluntary social service organizations – such as Lions, Rotary, Church Groups, Industries, Charitable Trusts, Banks, Hospitals and Rural Service Organizations can come forward to sponsor this project.
