"I seek the fruit that abounds to your account." We know that God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. One thing that I have noticed over the years is the fact that God always uses people. Whenever there is a need God always finds someone with a heart like the Philippians to give.
We find in Phil. 4:10-19, Paul rejoicing in the Lord, "greatly", because the Philippian church had once again given to the needs of the ministry. Paul recognized that it was their heart to give all along yet they had lacked the opportunity to do so. Paul wasn't rejoicing so much in the gifts he had received from them; but rather he rejoiced in the fact that they had given. He said to them, "You have done well" and encouraged them in the communion they had together. Paul lets them know that it was not the gift that he desired, but rather the fruit that would abound to the Philippians account and assured them that the things that were sent to him were a sweet smelling aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well pleasing to God. Rev.Dr.A.Jawahar Samuel believes that when you become a partner with him in taking the gospel to the nations; the anointing, covering, blessing and fruit that God gives the ministry is yours.
