Rev. Dr. A Jawahar Samuel is an anointed and spirit filled preacher of the gospel and teacher of the Bible. The Holy Spirit has anointed and blessed him with the nine gifts of the Holy Ghost. God gave him the burden to impart training to empower believers with the gifts of the Holy Spirit so as to enable them to be more effective in their ministries as servants of God.

According to the prompting of the Holy Spirit, power ministry training camps are arranged for believers, God's servants, lay preachers irrespective of their denominations, are given five days of intensive training to acquire these gifts. Power ministry training camps takes place annually in India (Coimbatore, Chennai, and Bangalore), Singapore, Canada, U.S.A, South Africa, and as well in some iron curtain countries, placing himself at risk for the glorification of the name and deity of Christ.
